A. We can ship the machines by sea or air to your designated port or your doorstep. Please provide your nearest port or address and postal code. We have reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe, convenient and timely delivery.
Q. How many days are needed for production?
A. Fast delivery: Standard models can be shipped within 7-15 working days.
Q. Payment terms, MOQ, warranty, FOB terms?
A. Payment: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. MOQ: 1 set. Warranty: 12 months. FOB: Shanghai / other China ports.
Q. What is the packaging method?
A. Export plywood cases or fumigated wooden cases
Q. How about the commissioning service?
A. We provide remote installation guidance and training. On-site commissioning service is available if required; the buyer only needs to bear the engineer's travel expenses (airfare, accommodation and local transportation).
