The handheld riveting device is a manual/semi-automatic tool using cold extrusion rivetless riveting technology. It applies high pressure to two or more layers of metal plates through a clamp die, causing the metal plates to plastically deform and bite with each other, thereby forming a strong point connection structure.

It is widely used in connection scenarios of metal parts such as air dampers, sheet metal parts, automobiles, household appliances, and HVAC equipment. It is especially suitable for rapid riveting of thin steel plates (usually 0.8-3.0 mm), stainless steel plates, aluminum plates and other materials.

High-quality connection and strong structural stability: The interlocking joint formed after riveting possesses high tensile and shear strength. The joint exhibits uniform stress distribution, is not prone to loosening or detachment, and offers superior vibration resistance and fatigue resistance compared to traditional riveting.

The cold extrusion process does not damage surface coatings (such as galvanized or color-coated sheets) or paint layers. It avoids material deformation and oxidation caused by high-temperature welding, thus ensuring the aesthetics and corrosion resistance of the workpiece, which is crucial for products requiring sealing and rust prevention (such as dampers and household appliances).

Easy operation and wide applicability: The equipment has a compact structure and is equipped with a suspended platform, making it easy to operate. Designed for mass production, the pneumatic drive system overcomes battery life limitations, ensuring stable operation over extended periods. Its compact and lightweight size allows for handheld operation, eliminating site restrictions, making it suitable for large-scale production lines, on-site maintenance, or high-altitude operations (such as riveting after the installation of large pneumatic dampers).

It is compatible with a variety of metal materials (cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) and sheet thicknesses (0.8-3.0 mm). By simply changing the mold, this tool can be adapted to different riveting specifications, making it an ideal choice for damper reinforcement, sheet metal splicing, electrical housings, and many other applications.
