The AT08 type cylinder outputs 81 kN of torque at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 400 bar, meeting the 60 kN requirement. The matching booster must be from the MPS series, which converts 6 bar of air pressure into a maximum hydraulic output of 400 bar.
A1 (Cylinder Stroke): Since the required stroke is 130 mm, a standard 150 mm stroke is selected.
Total volume of dual cylinders = 2 × 150 × 1.96 cubic centimeters (V) × 1.5 (safety air storage factor) = 882 cubic centimeters
A2 (volume loss due to hose length) = (1200/50) × 3.5 ml (V1) = 84 ml
A0 (total low-pressure oil requirement): 882 cc + 84 cc = 966 cc.
B1 (cylinder consumption): Volume of 2 cylinders = 2 × 12 × 1.96 cc (V) = 47.04 cc.
B2 (volume loss due to high-pressure hose expansion) = 2 × (1200/100) × 0.9 cc (V2) = 21.6 cc.
B0 (total high-pressure oil required): 47.04 cc + 21.6 cc = 68.64 cc.
